Sara Bates Acupuncture Manifesto:

•  Each of us has a purpose in life. To fulfill this purpose, we must be at our best. That means sometimes putting our own self-care and well-being first. I believe that self-care and preventative medicine are not an indulgence, but a necessity in a world which always seems to be turning up the dial. When we’re functioning at our best, we are better able to care for ourselves and others.
I aim to offer my patients effective holistic health care for the body, mind, and spirit. We cannot heal a part without looking at the whole. Treatments create a space to feel understood and supported. I hope to educate and empower my patients with tools and resources they can use in daily life to support and encourage healing; tools that become habits which create a sustainable healthy lifestyle that fits their individual health goals.

•  I believe in the importance of approaching each individual with a fresh set of eyes and an open mind. I call on my experience and intuition to guide my treatment approaches but recognize the individuality in each of my patients.
