If you have an on-site appointment scheduled, you must:
- Wait outside or in your car until you are called in at the time of your appointment.
- Have your temperature taken on arrival and be asked about any COVID-19 symptoms.
- Bring your own face mask to wear into and during your time in the office.
- Wash your hands immediately upon arrival.
- Anyone who accompanies you to your appointment must wait outside or in your car.
